Earlier this year, I've been diagnosed with a few things, one of them was
overthinking-but-heavier. I was getting treatment for this, but I've learned that overthinking doesn't
neccairely have to be negative. I usually overthink (any situation, fictional or reality) the way it was meant to be useful for cavemen, to avoid danger and learn from 'mistakes'. This is why I believe overthinking doesn't have to be negative.
Usually the problem is: I genuinely dislike my thoughts and/or I'm very sensitive for i.e. intrusive thoughts. I usually have a lot of problems with sleeping, since my thoughts keep me awake, and I don't want to dream because of negativity.
